Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards, discounts, and opened products are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or purchase verification. We will provide a prepaid Return Shipping Label for you to print and attach to the package for return. Once the product has been mailed, please inform us at sales@evendollc.com so we can confirm tracking information. Once the return shipment is verified, we will process your refund or replacement, depending on your situation.

Please do not send your purchase to our listed address without requesting a Return Shipping Label.

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons outside of Evendo LLC’s control.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is shipped using the provided Return Shipping Label, you must contact us for verification and confirmation. We will then process the applicable refund amount.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may take several days to process once we verify shipment of the returned item. If your refund has not yet been posted:

  1. Check your original payment method for any pending transactions.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@evendollc.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Sale items can only be refunded for the amount paid per the sale price at the time of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@evendollc.com and we will provide a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and attach to the product for return and inspection. Please include:

  • Your order ID
  • Lot number (located on the bottom of each jar, if applicable)
  • Photos of damages (if applicable)

To return your product, please contact us at sales@evendollc.com and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and attach to your package.

Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. We will provide you with a reference number or tracking URL to monitor the status of your return. If you need an update on your return status, contact us at sales@evendollc.com.
